Design Engineer
My name is Shaofeng. I have primary responsibility for the design, styling and hydrodynamic performance of the submarine. I will be responsible for developing the 3D CAD model of the design and will need to cooperate with the John to ensure that all components are manufactured to meet the design criteria. In order to complete my job effectively, I will need to have a good understanding of the rules and regulations.

CAD
As the Design Engineer, Shaofeng is responsible for drawing and publishing our CAD drawings.
CAD stands for Computer Aided Design. The computer program helps to produce a neat digital drawing of our submarine.
HYDRODYNAMIC PERFORMACE
Shaofeng is responsible for hydrodynamic performance of the submarine.
Hydrodynamic means fluids in motion. For our submarine to be hydrodynamic it has to move smoothly through the water and having as little vertical flat surfaces to resist fluid movement.
